Vasco Consult is a young, rapidly growing and innovative company in the consultancy sector. We primarily work on transformation projects and improvement projects within a range of sectors, for both local and international clients. This is where we deliver value: not by writing reports but by giving advice and then implementing it for the client. In addition to these great projects, we are all building up Vasco together and really work on our own development and growth, as well as on enjoying our work (and leisure).

Working at Vasco enables me to grow. I am master of my learning process and there is an open staff structure where knowledge is transferred. You feel constantly supported and it is nice working together. There is fun and companionship between colleagues and on site at the customer you are on an equal level with the employees.

Sometimes clients come to us wanting to dive into AI, but what they actually need is to get the basics of their data in order. We’re honest about that at Vasco and don’t sell expensive solutions that aren’t necessary. I value that genuine drive to help.
