• A permanent contract with a competitive salary (€3,300 to €4,800 per month depending on experience) plus a bonus scheme.

What you'll do

As a consultant at Vasco, you'll work with organizations that are looking to improve performance, manage change, or accelerate growth. You'll break down complex challenges, identify what matters most, and help turn ideas into practical solutions that deliver measurable results.

You'll work with stakeholders across every level of the organization. One moment you're collaborating with frontline teams to understand how work gets done, the next you're working with leadership to align priorities and define the path forward. Your role is to connect those perspectives, helping organizations move from discussion to execution.

You'll take ownership of key parts of client engagements while working closely with both junior and senior colleagues at Vasco, as well as client teams. Together, you'll ensure that improvements don't stop at recommendations. They get implemented, refined, and embedded into the way the organization operates. The same mindset applies internally, where you'll also contribute to Vasco's continued growth and development.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. 
• Turn insights into practical, actionable plans. 
• Develop project plans, define milestones, and keep initiatives on track. 
• Support the implementation of new ways of working within client organizations. 
• Identify and resolve obstacles that impact execution, collaboration, or progress. 
• Bring together teams and stakeholders across different parts of the organization. 
• Create clear documentation, reports, and project deliverables. 
• Contribute ideas that help Vasco continue to grow and improve.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for consultants who don't wait for someone else to define the next step. You're proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by the opportunity to take ownership and make things happen.

You move easily between analysis and execution. You're naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions, recognize patterns, and aren't afraid to take the initiative when the path forward isn't immediately clear.

You enjoy working as part of a team, while taking ownership of your own work and the decisions that come with it. Whether you're speaking with frontline employees or senior leaders, you know how to adapt your communication and turn complex challenges into practical, actionable solutions.

If this role is right for you, you’ll probably recognize yourself in the following:

• You have experience in consulting, project delivery, or a similar environment where you've contributed to organizational improvement or transformation initiatives. 
• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree. 
• You communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at every level of an organization, in both Dutch and English. 
• You have strong analytical skills and can translate complex business challenges into practical, data-informed solutions. 
• You build trust quickly through a professional, approachable, and collaborative working style.
