What you’ll do

As a Junior Consultant, you’ll work on exciting client projects from day one. You’ll support senior consultants and managers and be actively involved in the execution of ongoing work. You’ll regularly sit down with different stakeholders to make sure decisions don’t just get made, but actually get followed through.

A big part of your role is focused on the day-to-day reality of project work. You’ll help keep things on track by monitoring planning, following up on actions, and making sure progress stays visible and keeps moving forward. You’ll spot risks and potential issues early, before they turn into real problems, and help think through how things can be improved or done more efficiently.

You’ll also contribute to mapping out processes and shaping improvements. You make sure information is clearly captured in documentation, reports, and presentations, so everyone understands where the project stands and what needs to happen next.

Your role is hands-on and execution-focused, always close to the core of the project. You learn fast by doing, and you gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.

In addition to client work, you’ll also contribute to Vasco itself. That’s what makes this role different from many other entry-level positions. You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in internal initiatives, bring forward new ideas, and help shape how the organization can continue to grow.

In this role, you will:

• Support senior consultants and managers in client projects.
• Work with a range of stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization.
• Monitor planning and progress, and follow up on actions.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities to improve projects.
• Map out processes and help improve them.
• Create documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure agreements are followed through and projects keep running smoothly.
• Actively contribute to internal initiatives and the development of Vasco.
