2. From insight to impact: steering on data and improvement
For a partnership of foundations, we conducted the Vasco Data Scan. Based on the outcomes, we developed a dashboard with KPIs that were unambiguously interpreted by all involved. The improved insights now enable our clients to carry out activities more effectively and help more people.
Important insight: Think in advance about how to define concrete actions based on dashboard results. Make sure the dashboard not only provides insight but also prompts targeted improvement measures and corrective actions.
3. Keep systems current with data reconciliation
A telecom operator was struggling with outdated systems. Thanks to end-to-end reconciliations, we discovered that 20% of the customers were still on an old price plan. These customers were transferred, and structural controls were built in to prevent recurrence.
