The role
As a consultant at Vasco Consult, you will work directly on various projects. You will begin by analyzing and documenting processes, then develop a project approach with clear planning and measurable goals. During execution, you will implement improvements, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks related to scope, budget, and planning. You will foster collaboration between departments, share knowledge with clients, and ensure that results are sustainably transferred through clear documentation and reports.
You will have the opportunity to grow quickly by working closely with senior consultants and experienced (program) managers, and you will be challenged to take on increasing responsibility in more complex projects.
What we expect from you
- 1-3 years of relevant project experience
- Academic-level thinking and working capabilities
- Good mastery of Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with project methodologies such as IPMA-D, Prince, PROSCI or Agile
- Strong communication skills and a sparring partner at different organizational levels
- Able to analyze complex information and formulate strategic, data-driven solutions
- A professional yet approachable appearance, along with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to build trust
